1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Pinnacle Server ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Accounts & Registration
- Account Verification: You must provide a valid email address and verify it to access our dashboard. Unverified accounts may be restricted.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Pinnacle Server cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- One Account Policy: Users are generally restricted to one account unless specialized permission is granted for agency use.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our services (n8n hosting, WordPress, VPS) must not be used for:
Illegal Activities
Phishing, hacking, distributing malware, or hosting illegal content.
Spamming
Sending unsolicited bulk emails or spam automation via n8n.
Crypto Mining
Using server resources for cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited.
Network Abuse
DDoS attacks or unauthorized port scanning.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Payments & Billing
We operate on a prepaid basis. Services are activated only after payment verification.
- Manual Verification: Payments made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Binance are verified manually using the Transaction ID (TrxID).
- Service Activation: While we aim for instant activation, please allow up to 1-2 hours for manual verification during high traffic periods.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods and server costs, all sales are final once the service has been deployed. Refunds are only considered if we fail to deliver the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pinnacle Server, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all our services. However, occasional maintenance or upgrades may be required. We will endeavor to provide prior notice for any scheduled maintenance that may impact service availability.
